Art L. Jansen, MBA, SPPA

Art L. Jansen joined Jansen/Adjusters International in 2020 and serves as a Public Adjuster, handling residential and commercial property claims exclusively on behalf of policyholders in Texas and Louisiana. He represents insureds through all stages of the claims process, with a particular focus on complex coverage and strategic claim presentation.

Art graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2019, where he was inducted into the national honor societies Alpha Lambda Delta and Beta Gamma Sigma. He received Baylor’s Outstanding Student in Marketing award, which is an honor granted to one student annually and awarded based on faculty recommendations. In 2025, he earned his MBA from Rice University.

Prior to graduation, Art worked with the firm as an Inventory Contents Specialist, supporting the team on detailed contents evaluations. He is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), and he serves on NAPIA's Marketing and Public Relations Committee. His skill set includes claims strategy, leadership, and management within the property insurance space.

Art is the youngest public adjuster in the country to obtain the Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) designation, which he earned in 2022. The SPPA is the highest professional designation available exclusively to public adjusters. In 2025, he also completed the requirements for the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, widely regarded as the most prestigious and respected designation in the insurance industry. While no official figure exists, The CPCU designation is estimated to be held by 4% of insurance professionals and requires passage of nine exams that cover a variety of insurance industry topics.

A third-generation adjuster, Art is the son of current Chief Executive Officer Arthur T. Jansen and the grandson of Jansen & Company’s founder Arthur G. Jansen Sr.
