Little did we know then that this interview would lead to one of the most crucial hires in our company's history.

Over the past 41 years, Tom has tirelessly served as the bedrock of our technical department, ensuring that our clients receive the utmost care and support during their most challenging times. Today, we stand in awe of Tom's remarkable journey as he embarks on a well-deserved transition toward retirement.
