David Moore Offers His 2022 Outlook on Business Interruption in 'ABODE Magazine'
David E. Moore, Principal & Chief Operating Officer of Jansen/Adjusters International, was featured in the March 2022 edition of ABODE magazine. ABODE is the Houston Apartment Association's 80-page monthly magazine distributed to their members. His article entitled "The 2022 Outlook for Business Interruption Claims" explains what multi-family owners can expect if they file an insurance claim for business interruption.
"With a higher-than-usual active hurricane season expected in the Gulf Coast, it is crucial to have a disaster plan in place with the right insurance professionals," Moore states. "Historical revenue patterns from 2020 and 2021 will certainly be considered to project revenue."
