Chris Rich, Property Loss Consultant - 35 Years

Since joining Jansen/AI in 1982, Chris has been helping home and business owners to properly prepare their property insurance claims to aid them in their recovery and return to their pre-loss condition. He is licensed as a public adjuster in Texas and an expert in using Xactimate Construction and Adjustment estimation software. Chris is a member of both the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA). He enjoys insulating policyholders from the hassles normally associated with the claims process.

Steve Dykmann, General Adjuster - 30 Years

Since joining Jansen/AI in 1988, Steve Dykman’s client service skills have been invaluable policyholders who Jansen/AI guides through the challenging recovery process following a disaster to their home or business. Licensed as a public adjuster in Texas, Steve is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He enjoys helping families and businesses to restore their lives and property after a disaster.

Mark Lutzel, Professional Loss Consultant/Public Insurance Adjuster - 20 Years

Since joining Jansen/AI’s team in 1997, Mark Lutzel has been using his extensive experience in the financial, construction, and insurance industries to guide both commercial and residential clients through the property insurance claims process. Mark, who is licensed as a public adjuster in Texas, is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He enjoys using his eclectic professional background and forensic accounting skills to present comprehensive claims for his clients.

Elizabeth Salinas, Corporate Controller – 15 Years

Since joining Jansen/AI in 2000, Elizabeth has been providing financial services to clients who have suffered property losses by measuring their business income losses and negotiating with the insurance company’s representatives. Before joining Jansen/Adjusters International, Elizabeth worked in various accounting and financial positions at Dial Corp., Air Liquide and Adplex Inc and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston. She enjoys using her financial skills to maximize and expedite policyholders’ claim settlements.

David E. Moore, Chief Operating Officer - 25 Years as a Public Adjuster, 5 Years at Jansen/AI

Since joining Jansen/AI in 2012, David Moore has helped hundreds of business and home owners to recover financially after devastating property losses caused by both natural and man-made disasters. David specializes in managing multi-million dollar losses for both commercial and residential policyholder clients. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello and a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). David has translated his years of claims handling experience into the management side of the business and now runs the daily operations at Jansen/AI including the Loss consulting team and focused on customer satisfaction during the claims process.
